McDonald's McRib Is Returning to Select Locations

McRib fans rejoice! About a year after eliminating the BBQ pork sandwich, McDonald's is bringing it back. The forthcoming rerelease may make it harder for customers to get a McRib.

When food-focused Instagram account Snackolator announced a McRib revival in late September, rumors spread.

In early October, McDonald's told Eat This, Not That! that the McRib would return in mid-November after its "Farewell Tour" in late 2022.

"It turns out not everyone was ready to say goodbye to the McRib after last year's Farewell Tour," McDonald's USA remarked.

Previously accessible nationwide, McDonald's indicated the McRib would only be served at select restaurants in 2023

The chain didn't announce where customers could buy the sandwich during the limited rerelease until today.

WPTA reports that establishments in Greater Indiana and Southwest Michigan will serve the McRib again on Nov 11.

Kentucky restaurants will serve the sandwich, the Louisville Courier Journal reported Customers can use the fan-run McRib Locator website to find McDonald's locations where the item has been seen

Fans should check the McRib's availability at eateries where sightings have been reported before going because the website relies on human input.

Last year was McDonald's fourth Farewell Tour for the McRib before eliminating it from menus. Customers were not surprised when it was announced for 2023 after its demise.
