Belton, MO (Kansas city area) transferring to Doniphan, MO (southern MO)

My current office has assigned postal vehicles for every route except 2 which require a POV.  My husband and I have recently purchased property in Doniphan, MO to be close to family who are in declining health.  This is a permanent move and I need to trade/transfer asap.  I do own a rhd pov, as well.
