My
Thoughts,
Reasons,
and
Restrictions
I
have
found
that
many
ads
in
the
state
and
National
papers
do
not
provide
enough
information
to
determine
the
ability
of
a
transfer.
Some
needed
information
must
be
left
out
so
that
the
ad
will
be
published.
This
leaves
the
carrier
that
is
looking
for
a
location
with
the
task
of
receiving
phone
calls
and
e-mails
by
carriers
who
do
not
want
that
office,
but
somewhere
else.
The
lack
of
a
central
clearing
house
for
those
wishing
to
move,
has
left
many
stuck
in
difficult
situations.
Many
carriers
wish
to
move
closer
to
elderly
family
members,
or
to
their
grandkids.
Many
want
to
move
closer
to
their
leisure
time
activities,
such
as
snow
skiing
or
beach
basting
(sunning).
I
encourage
those
wishing
to
move,
to
give
as
much
info
about
the
office
and
the
surrounding
area
as
possible.
The
incoming
carrier
might
want
to
know
about
the
type
of
routes,
management-carrier
relations,
relief
carrier
situation,
real
estate
and
school
conditions
in
the
area.
There
is
not
a
limitation
on
the
amount
of
information
you
give
here
for
transfer
requests;
but
I
reserve
the
right
to
delete
any
derogatory
comments
that
do
not
pertain
to
the
situation.
